Hope
What if you and those you love are burdened with more than you feel you can bear, and God doesn’t seem to intervene? What if you pray for years and years and years… and a sitaution never changes?
Many people live in broken families where this is a reality. It is for me. When I was a teenager it sapped all my faith away and turned it into anger. Anger at God, at my family, at myself....

I used to wish I was someone else. I used to see no value in myself; I despised myself and spoke negativity over myself. I remained in my shame.
God revealed to me that this was actually sinful.
I have value - God, my Creator, says so. Who am I to say he is wrong?
God created me in his image and he thinks I am worth dying for.

All your close friends are so happy in love and talk with each other about how they need to find you someone.
All your coursemates are in long term relationships and suggest you try internet dating.
All your housemates have significant others.
And it’s Christmas.
